Alderley Park is an internationally renowned 1m sq ft life science and tech campus with lab and office space ranging from a single lab bench or desk up to new build options of over 100,000 sq ft.

The Mereside Campus offers a range of chemistry lab options ranging from 2,000 to 17,000 sq ft. Labs with fitted fume cupboards are available, as are labs with capacity to install up to 70 fume cupboards. Each lab comprises lab space and write up space finished to a high quality open plan specification including lab grade finishes to the lab areas.

In addition, the site has a 500MHz NMR spectrometer available on a pay as you go basis and access to a Mass Spectrometry Lab offering analytical and preparative scale HPLC-MS systems.

These suites benefit from adjacent breakout workspaces, bookable meeting rooms and cafes across site.
