Manchester Science Park offers office, dry and wet labs, maker space and workshop space for science, technology and innovation businesses in a city centre campus environment with exceptional shared facilities. The spaces are suitable for companies across the science and innovation spectrum including digital, deep tech, advanced materials, cybersecurity, computer engineering, electronics, robotics, medtech, life sciences and many more.

Located adjacent to the universities and Manchester Foundation Trust, occupiers at the site can take advantage of partnerships with The University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and Bionow, and a range of business support services and events. The business support programmes are customised and offers entry into specialised scientific and academic networks, clinical partners and researchers, and access into funding and investor networks.

The containment level 1 labs benefit from lab benching, vinyl floor, ground floor loading access, drainage, offices with meeting spaces and kitchen facilities. Containment level 2 labs that are similar in specification with enhanced ventilation rates are also available.
