The Open Access Lab at Alderley Park offers coworking lab space with flexible options to rent individual lab benches, tissue culture benches & hoods and chemistry benches & hoods, all with an associated write up area. Access to communal lab equipment and essential support services is included alongside separate pay-as-you-go specialist equipment.   

Available on commitments from as little as 3 months, these are well suited to life science start ups looking to take their first lab space without up front capital investment.  These facilities are also available to more established businesses elsewhere on site that may need access to these facilities and equipment.
